Chef Nathan Bohning and front of house manager Laura Valente have lived on five different islands in the past 7 years and celebrate island cuisine, cocktails and culture from all over the world. Executive Chef Nathan Bohning
Executive Chef Nathan Bohning lived on St John from 2012 – 2015 working at some island favorites like Asolare, Sushi St. John and our very own Ocean 362. In 2015 he met his now wife, FOH Manager Laura Valente, while she was working front of house here at Ocean 362. For the last four years they have been island hopping their way around the world running Food & Beverage Programs in New Zealand, The Kingdom of Tonga and St Croix.
